- 350 g Fresh mushrooms
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 3 tsp Herbs
- 1 toe Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C circulating air
- Remove dirt from the mushrooms and remove the stems
- Put the creme fraiche in a bowl, stir together salt & pepper, herbs and pressed or finely chopped garlic
- Stir in the bacon cubes
