Ingredients

  • 10 Red Paprika
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Filling:
  • 500 gr Sheep milk cheese
  • 0,5 bunch Flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp Black cumin
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the paprika in halves, core and wash. Cover a tray with oil (the bottom), put the paprika half on it and season with salt. Set the oven to 200 degrees (ideally grill function) and leave in the oven until the halves have collapsed nicely.
  • In the meantime, finely crumble the cheese and mix in the black cumin. Finely chop the parsley and add.
  • When the pepper halves are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool down. Now you take half of the paprika, fill it from one side with the sheep's cheese and fold it up. Hold together with a toothpick.
  • Place everything on a serving plate and pour olive oil over them. Serve with a garlic yogurt dip and fresh flatbread.
  • A delicious starter from the south :))
