Ingredients
- 100 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 100 g Double cream cheese
- 1,5 tablespoon Green pepper fresh
- 0,5 Spring onion stick
- 0,5 Hot peppers
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Pluck the pepper from the stalks and roughly chop. Chop the bell peppers and hot peppers. Cut the onion into rings, chop the garlic.
- Mix all ingredients together and let stand for an hour.
- The leftover pepper can be preserved in vegetable oil. I advise against the green pepper from the glass!
