Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 1,5 tablespoon Green pepper fresh
  • 0,5 Spring onion stick
  • 0,5 Hot peppers
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Pluck the pepper from the stalks and roughly chop. Chop the bell peppers and hot peppers. Cut the onion into rings, chop the garlic.
  • Mix all ingredients together and let stand for an hour.
  • The leftover pepper can be preserved in vegetable oil. I advise against the green pepper from the glass!
