Sheep Cheese Dip with Green Pepper and Paprika

The perfect sheep cheese dip with green pepper and paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 1,5 tablespoon Green pepper fresh
  • 0,5 Spring onion stick
  • 0,5 Hot peppers
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Pluck the pepper from the stalks and roughly chop. Chop the bell peppers and hot peppers. Cut the onion into rings, chop the garlic.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and let stand for an hour.
  3. The leftover pepper can be preserved in vegetable oil. I advise against the green pepper from the glass!
