Filled pretzel sticks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 pretzel sticks or pretzel sticks
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g ham
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 100 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • 200 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Party snack

Halve the pretzel sticks or pretzel sticks (depending on your taste, either works well!) lengthwise and hollow them out. Cut the ham into small cubes. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gradually mix in the butter, ham, bacon, and cheese. Beat everything on high speed for about a minute. Fill the bottoms of the hollowed-out pretzel sticks or pretzel sticks with the mixture, place the bottoms on a baking sheet or oven rack, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Then put the lids on and bake for another 5 minutes.
