  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 olives, green ones stuffed with peppers
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Thaw the puff pastry according to the package instructions and divide into equal squares. Heat butter in a pan, sauté the finely diced ham and the sliced ​​spring onions. Fold in the thinly sliced ​​olives. Spread this mixture among the puff pastry squares, brush the edges with egg white, and fold them diagonally. Brush the corners with egg yolk and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the finished squares on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. They can be served warm or cold, as desired.
