Filled Snack Peppers

The perfect filled snack peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Snack peppers
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g Cream cheese nature
  • 4 Tomatoes dried in oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Olive oil
  1. Wash the snack peppers, cut off the lid and remove the seeds.
  2. Peel the onion, dice one half and thinly slice the other half
  3. Peel the garlic, chop one toe
  4. Put the cream cheese in a bowl, mix with the onion, garlic and tomato cubes to a creamy mass.
  5. Season the cheese mixture with the spices and a little tomato oil.
  6. Now fill the peppers with a small spoon and place in a decorative glass with the rest of the onion and garlic.
  7. Mix the olive oil with a little tomato oil and pour over the peppers so that they are covered.
  8. Let the glass soak in the refrigerator.
  9. Is always a nice souvenir from the kitchen; 🙂
