Filled Snack Peppers
The perfect filled snack peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Snack peppers
- 1 Red Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 150 g Cream cheese nature
- 4 Tomatoes dried in oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli from the mill
- Olive oil
- Wash the snack peppers, cut off the lid and remove the seeds.
- Peel the onion, dice one half and thinly slice the other half
- Peel the garlic, chop one toe
- Put the cream cheese in a bowl, mix with the onion, garlic and tomato cubes to a creamy mass.
- Season the cheese mixture with the spices and a little tomato oil.
- Now fill the peppers with a small spoon and place in a decorative glass with the rest of the onion and garlic.
- Mix the olive oil with a little tomato oil and pour over the peppers so that they are covered.
- Let the glass soak in the refrigerator.
