Fillet of Beef with Rosemary Wedges

The perfect fillet of beef with rosemary wedges recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Fillet of beef approx 4cm
  • 5 Pc. Potatoes
  • 4 Pc. Medium onions
  • 6 Pc. Garlic clove crushed
  • 2 Pc. Rosemary sprigs
  • Hickory smoked salt

  • 250 ml Beef broth
