Fillet of Beef with Rosemary Wedges

- 250 g Fillet of beef approx 4cm
- 5 Pc. Potatoes
- 4 Pc. Medium onions
- 6 Pc. Garlic clove crushed
- 2 Pc. Rosemary sprigs
- Hickory smoked salt
- 4 tbsp Homemade BBQ marinade
- 250 ml Beef broth
- Wash off the fillet and pat dry – Fillet with good !!! Rub in hickory smoked salt, pepper from the mill and crushed rosemary and set aside
