Ingredients
 

For the fruit salad:

  • 1 Banana fresh
  • 1 Apple fresh
  • 1 Kiwi fresh
  • 1 Persimmon fresh
  • 2 Fresh tangerine
  • 1 Pears fresh
  • 0,5 can Pineapple canned
  • 3 tbsp Dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Batida de Coco
  • 2 tbsp Brown rum
  • 1 tbsp Amaretto
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice

For the curd mass:

  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Gingerbread syrup
  • 250 g Quark
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  • Raspberry sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation of the fruit salad:

  • Cut the fruit and mix with the ingredients mentioned.

Preparation of the curd mixture:

  • Mix the quark and milk. Mix in the gingerbread syrup, honey and cinnamon.

Serve:

  • Put the fruit salad on the plate. Put a tablespoon of quark mixture on top and pour raspberry sauce over it. Bon Appetit!
