Fillet Steaks with Vegetables (Maren Gilzer)
The perfect fillet steaks with vegetables (maren gilzer) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Fillet steak
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 1 Pc. Leek
- 3 Pc. Spring onions fresh
- 3 Pc. Paprika
- 3 Pc. Carrot
- 10 Pc. Dried plums
- Pine nuts
- Seasonal herbs
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Pc. Butter
- Herb butter

- Wash and chop the vegetables. Then put the butter and olive oil in a non-stick pan or wok. Then fry the vegetables and plums in them, turning them frequently. Season to taste with chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Add pine nuts as required and steam everything for about 10 minutes.

- Wash the 4 fillets (400 g each), dab and fry them in a pan with rapeseed oil that has become very hot until the pores close. Turn the temperature down. Season with salt and pepper. Fry on both sides with the lid closed. 5-8 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat, then it’s medium. Add herbs and fry again on both sides over high heat until crispy.
- Cook the fresh ribbon noodles in water with olive oil and salt for about 4 minutes. Serve everything with herb butter.
