Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ small bottle(s) of bitter almond flavoring
  • 125 g flour
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 50 g almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

simple and delicious

Beat soft butter until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and flavoring. Beat in the egg on high speed for about 30 seconds. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch and fold in. Briefly stir in the chopped almonds. Using 2 teaspoons, place walnut-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 2 baking sheets. Storage: Tin can.
