- 2 eggs
- 1 head of broccoli
- ¼ liter red wine
- 2 cm ginger root
- 3 slices of toast
- Salt

Instructions

Grate the lemon zest. Beat the eggs with the red wine. Grate the ginger and add. Season with salt. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Dice the bread and toast in a little oil in a pan. Place the broccoli florets in a baking dish. Sprinkle the bread cubes and red wine juice over the top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes. Garnish with the lemon zest. Serve hot or lukewarm.
