Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • some cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with crème fraîche

Combine the cream and crème fraîche in a medium saucepan. Add the diced onion and Emmental cheese, and season to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent the cheese from burning! Delicious with potatoes and a variety of vegetables.
