Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g pasta
- 300 g chicken
- 250 g shrimp(s)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado(s)
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 6 tbsp salad cream
- 6 tbsp mango chutney
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- Orange pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cook the noodles for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Transfer to a colander, rinse, and drain. Heat oil in a pan. Dice the chicken, season with orange pepper and salt, and fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan and fry the shrimp for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the tomatoes. Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice. Arrange the salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix the salad cream with the mango chutney and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the salad.
