Fine pineapple dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pineapple, fresh
  • 4 tbsp raspberry puree
  • 4 tbsp chocolate sauce, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pineapple, cut it into chunks, and divide it between 4 dessert bowls. Top with the raspberry puree and hot chocolate sauce. If desired, you can also add a splash of eggnog.
