Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 10 large potatoes
- 3 cubes of stock, instant
- 200 g sausage (garlic sausage)
- 1 onion(s)
- some parsley, chopped
- some Maggi
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Clean, wash, and chop the vegetables and potatoes. Place them in a pot and add enough water to cover the vegetables. Add the stock cubes, bring to a boil, and simmer until cooked through. Meanwhile, dice the sausage. Remove the pot from the heat and blend everything until smooth. Add the sausage and bring back to a boil. Season with Maggi and serve sprinkled with parsley.
