Ingredients
 

  • 2 Fire skewers à 170 g (here: from the butcher) *)
  • 1 Onion approx. 150 g
  • 2 Small tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 100 g Tomato paste
  • 100 g Curry spice ketchup
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Edges of farmer's bread

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and cut in half crosswise. Wash tomatoes. Fry the fire skewers with the onion halves and tomatoes in a pan with oil (2 tbsp). Remove the onion halves and tomatoes after 5 - 6 minutes and keep them warm in the oven at 50 ° C. Keep frying the fire skewers until they are golden-brown on both sides and also keep them warm in the oven. Stir tomato ketchup (100 g), curry spice ketchup (100 g) and milk (100 ml) into the frying pan and let thicken a little at a low temperature while stirring constantly.
