Dip
- 1 whole Zucchini
- 2 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 good pr. Coarse sea salt
- Peffer a.d.M.
- 3 Eßl. Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 1 Splash Olive oil
- Fleur de Sel sea salt
- Herbs to taste
- 1 bit of abrasion Of a lemon Untreated
The salmon
- In a pan that is heated a little with olive oil, (but not too hot) I put the salmon on the skin side. Let it cook slowly to create a crust. During this time I crank my zucchini into spaghetti that goes very quickly. Use a pan (if available) to add a few drops of olive oil to the zucchini spagetti.
- Turn the salmon over and remove from the heat. Salt, who likes to steep peppers. The dip: stir the yoghurt with a little olive oil until smooth, done. Arrange and enjoy. The salmon was shiny, not dry at all, so a treat for me.
