Ingredients
 

  • 120 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • 150 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Cayenne powder
  • 1 Apple

Instructions
 

  • Finely dice the salmon. Wash the lemon with hot water, dab off and finely grate the peel. Squeeze out the juice. Finely chop capers. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel, core and finely dice the apple, then stir in the lemon zest, creme fraiche and yoghurt until smooth. Mix in the salmon, capers and onion. Season the spicy dip with lemon juice, salt and cayenne powder.
  • The dip goes well with baguettes, crackers or crab chips. Enjoy your meal!
