Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g fish fillet(s)
  • lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • ½ apple
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a delicious – light fish dish

Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Slice the onion and bell peppers, and dice half the apple. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion, bell pepper, and apple, then coat with flour. Stir in the white wine and yogurt and slowly bring to a boil. Season the vegetables with salt, sugar, pepper, and curry powder. Cut the fish into pieces, carefully fold in the ingredients, and sauté for 3 minutes.
