Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g fish fillet(s)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp oil
- 4 tomatoes, peeled, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 600 g mushrooms, cleaned, quartered
- 30 g butter for the casserole dish
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions

hearty casserole
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Coat in flour and cut into pieces. Then fry in oil and place in a buttered casserole dish. Sauté the onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms in the frying fat, season, and place on top of the fish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes and salad.
