Flatbread with toppings

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 100g tzatziki
  • 4 slices of cooked ham, approx. 100 g
  • 4 slices of salami, approx. 50 g
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 4 slices of Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

First, slice the cooked ham and salami into thick strips. Slice the tomatoes and 4-6 mushrooms. Cut the flatbread crosswise. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki on both sides. Set the top side aside. Spread the cooked ham on the bottom layer, then the salami. Then spread the torn tuna on the bread. Arrange the tuna, tomatoes, and mushrooms on top. Finally, place about 4 slices of Gouda on top. Place the topped side in the oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for about 25 minutes. When it looks good, place the top side on top and return it to the oven until the bread is crispy.
