Fish fillet with fruit

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets (plaice fillets)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 300 ml broth
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Salt and pepper the fish, coat in flour, and fry in butter. Sauté the onions in the frying fat. Slice the fruit. Finely chop half of it, add it to the onions, and sauté. Season with curry. Stir in the broth and milk, and let the sauce reduce slightly. Arrange the fruit slices, fish fillets, and sauce on plates.
