Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g potatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 g quark
- 2 tbsp milk (skimmed milk)
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
- Salt
- pepper
- 150 g fish fillet(s) (pollock or sea bass)
- lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 slice(s) lemon(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Mix with the quark, milk, herbs, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the fish with lemon and season. Fry in hot oil. Peel the potatoes. Serve with the sauce and fish. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
