Fish Fillets with Fried Rice

The perfect fish fillets with fried rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Fresh fish fillet
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Peas frozen
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Splash Lemon fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Sprinkle the fish fillets (approx. 300 g) with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and bread as usual. Fry lightly on both sides in a pan with butter and a little oil, not too hot, but not too long.
  2. Fry rice (I still had a leftover leftover) in another pan over low heat with the addition of a little butter. Finely slice the piece of carrot and add to the rice along with some green peas (frozen) and also fry. Taste !!
  3. Arrange the fried fish fillets with the rice. I pressed the rice into small, cold-rinsed cups and turned it on the plate. Looks better in my opinion.
