Fish Fillets with Fried Rice
The perfect fish fillets with fried rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Fresh fish fillet
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1 Carrot
- 2 tbsp Peas frozen
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Splash Lemon fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Sprinkle the fish fillets (approx. 300 g) with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and bread as usual. Fry lightly on both sides in a pan with butter and a little oil, not too hot, but not too long.
- Fry rice (I still had a leftover leftover) in another pan over low heat with the addition of a little butter. Finely slice the piece of carrot and add to the rice along with some green peas (frozen) and also fry. Taste !!
- Arrange the fried fish fillets with the rice. I pressed the rice into small, cold-rinsed cups and turned it on the plate. Looks better in my opinion.
