Fish Fingers Salad

The perfect fish fingers salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 piece Fish sticks
  • 400 g Mixed lettuce
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Spring onions

for the dressing:

  • 125 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic bianco
  • 1 tsp Pesto green
  • Salt pepper
  • Dried salad herbs
  1. Prepare the fish fingers according to the package instructions and let them cool down a bit, then cut in half or thirds. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Halve tomatoes. Mix the lettuce with the tomatoes, spring onions and fish fingers.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together.
  3. This fits e.g. Baguette. You can also use any other dressing for the salad.
