Ingredients
 

  • 10 Fish sticks
  • 400 g Mixed lettuce
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Spring onions

for the dressing:

  • 125 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic bianco
  • 1 tsp Pesto green
  • Salt pepper
  • Dried salad herbs

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fish fingers according to the package instructions and let them cool down a bit, then cut in half or thirds. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Halve tomatoes. Mix the lettuce with the tomatoes, spring onions and fish fingers.
  • Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together.
  • This fits e.g. Baguette. You can also use any other dressing for the salad.
