Ingredients
- 10 Fish sticks
- 400 g Mixed lettuce
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch Spring onions
for the dressing:
- 125 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Linseed oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic bianco
- 1 tsp Pesto green
- Salt pepper
- Dried salad herbs
Instructions
- Prepare the fish fingers according to the package instructions and let them cool down a bit, then cut in half or thirds. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Halve tomatoes. Mix the lettuce with the tomatoes, spring onions and fish fingers.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together.
- This fits e.g. Baguette. You can also use any other dressing for the salad.
