Fish Fingers with Homemade Spinach and Fried Eggs
The perfect fish fingers with homemade spinach and fried eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh spinach
- 1 Fresh onion
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 20 Pc. Breaded deep-frozen fish fingers
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Sort the spinach, clean, wash and let it collapse dripping wet in a saucepan while stirring. Remove from the saucepan and drain well. Peel and chop the onion and sauté 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the spinach and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add salt , Pepper and nutmeg. Fry the fish fingers in oil according to the package instructions until golden brown. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the eggs one by one, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange the spinach with the fish fingers and the fried eggs on plates and serve. A tomato sauce goes very well with it.
