Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
So my husband brought them home from Norway
Sear the vegetables one at a time in olive oil in a non-stick pan (or wok) and set aside. Briefly sauté the prawns with the chopped garlic and set aside. Marinate the fish for a good quarter of an hour and then sear it as well. Meanwhile, bring the sauce to a boil. Mix the vegetables, prawns with garlic, and the fish in a greased casserole dish and top with the herb sauce. Everything should be covered. Cook covered in the oven at around 200°C for about 15 minutes, then uncovered for another 10 minutes at the same heat. Any side dish is acceptable; we especially like it with rice.
