Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g fish fillet(s) (saithe, ling, or pollack), also mixed
  • 150 g shrimp(s)
  • 2 stalk(s) leek, or onion (is fine)
  • 5 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 liter herb sauce, your own creation or ready-made product
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Soy sauce, mild
  • cumin
  • lemon juice
  • Salt

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

So my husband brought them home from Norway

Sear the vegetables one at a time in olive oil in a non-stick pan (or wok) and set aside. Briefly sauté the prawns with the chopped garlic and set aside. Marinate the fish for a good quarter of an hour and then sear it as well. Meanwhile, bring the sauce to a boil. Mix the vegetables, prawns with garlic, and the fish in a greased casserole dish and top with the herb sauce. Everything should be covered. Cook covered in the oven at around 200°C for about 15 minutes, then uncovered for another 10 minutes at the same heat. Any side dish is acceptable; we especially like it with rice.
