Norwegian recipe

Dry the cod fillets thoroughly, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Season the peas with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Then add 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of butter, heat, and simmer gently for about 5-7 minutes. Then puree with a hand blender, stir in the crème fraîche, and season to taste. Dice the bacon and fry in 1 teaspoon of oil. Coat the fish fillet in flour, then fry well on both sides in the remaining hot fat. Reduce the heat slightly and cook until cooked through – about 2-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Divide the pea puree between 2 plates, place the cod fillet on the puree, and sprinkle with the bacon cubes. Serve with some potatoes. Tip: You can also use other fish fillets of your choice.
