  • 2 fish fillets of your choice, e.g. redfish, cod, etc.
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First: If using frozen fish fillets, thaw them first. Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Beat the egg well. Heat a little oil in a pan. Dip the fish fillets first in the flour, then in the egg, and fry in the pan on both sides.
