  • 100 ml vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Tuna steak with onions

The tuna is marinated for several hours. The marinade consists of the vinegar, the bay leaf, and the sliced ​​garlic. Season with salt and pepper. To sear, remove the tuna, drain it, or pat it dry with kitchen paper. Place it in a hot pan with olive oil and sear. The fish is then kept warm. Reserve some of the marinade. Meanwhile, finely slice the onions and sauté them in the remaining oil until translucent. Then add the tuna to the onions and season with a little of the marinade.
