Fish: Pikeperch with Liquid Herb Butter and Oven Vegetables *
The perfect fish: pikeperch with liquid herb butter and oven vegetables * recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The pikeperch
- 600 g Pikeperch fillet
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Clarified butter
The sauce
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 handful Parsley
- Salt and pepper
The oven vegetables *

The vegetable
- * According to the vegetable recipe: Prepare summer vegetables from the tube. Let cool down. It is served lukewarm.
The sauce
- Put the butter in a small saucepan, grate the garlic – please do not press – season with salt and pepper and heat carefully. Finally stir in the chopped parsley.
The fish
- Divide the pikeperch fillets, pat dry, salt and pepper on both sides and dust with flour.
- Heat the butter lard in a pan and fry the pieces of fish in it. (No more than two minutes from each side so the fish doesn’t get dry.) Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos here because it had to be done quickly.
The finish
- Place the lukewarm oven vegetables * on preheated plates together with the pikeperch and pour the hot herb butter sauce over them.
