Baked Pork Medallions

The perfect baked pork medallions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Pork loin
  • 200 g Gouda, grated
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 3 Pc. Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, frozen
  1. Cut the pork loins into medallions and fry them on both sides in a pan until they are lightly browned. (Salt the meat before frying it.)
  2. Chop the onions very finely and fry them with the drained mushrooms in a pan with butter.
  3. Season the onion and mushroom mixture with salt and pepper, add the parsley.
  4. Place the medallions in a baking dish, if possible, do not stack them.
  5. Pour the onion and mushroom mixture over the top. Then spread the grated cheese over it.
  6. Place the casserole dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (with top and bottom heat). And bake the medallions for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with lettuce, butter peas or other vegetables.
  8. Bon appetit!
