- 500 g Fresh plaice fillets
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt

- Treat the fish according to the 3-S method – clean, sour, salt. To do this, of course, first press the lemon juice.
- Peel and dice the onions.
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan and sauté the onion cubes until translucent.
- Grease a flat baking dish well with butter. Dry the fish and place them close together in the dish.
- Now whisk the eggs with the glassy onions and chopped parsley and spread over the fish.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over it until everything is well covered. On top of that we add a few flakes of butter and off we go to the middle in the oven preheated to 200 ° C.
- Leave the whole thing in the oven for about 1/2 hour, until the cheese is nicely browned.
