Fish-stick Burger
The perfect fish-stick burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 piece Breaded deep-frozen fish fingers
- 0,5 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion red
- 4 piece Gherkins pickles
- 2 piece Hamburger buns
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Remoulade
- 2 leaves Iceberg lettuce fresh
- Fry the fish fingers in the hot oil according to the instructions on the packet until golden. Thinly slice the onion and halve the gherkins lengthways twice.
- Cut the hamburger bun horizontally. Brush the underside with ketchup and spread the onions on top. Spread on each of 1 lettuce leaf, 3 fish sticks and the gherkins. Brush the top half of the bun with the tartar sauce, place on top and serve.
