Beef Soup with Cheese Dumplings

  • 1 kg Boiled beef
  • Root system
  • 2 Pc. Onions
  • Salt and pepper

For the cheese dumplings:

  • 250 g Dumpling bread
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 3 Pc. Boiled potatoes
  • 250 g Cheese
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Butter

Beef soup

  1. Halve the onions and fry them in a saucepan with the meat. Then fill up with water, season and add the roots. Simmer everything at medium temperature until the meat is cooked through. Then just strain.
