Beef Soup with Cheese Dumplings

For the beef soup:
- 1 kg Boiled beef
- Root system
- 2 Pc. Onions
- Salt and pepper
For the cheese dumplings:
- 250 g Dumpling bread
- 250 ml Milk
- 3 Pc. Boiled potatoes
- 250 g Cheese
- 100 g Flour
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 1 Pc. Onion
- Salt
- Parsley
- Butter
Beef soup
- Halve the onions and fry them in a saucepan with the meat. Then fill up with water, season and add the roots. Simmer everything at medium temperature until the meat is cooked through. Then just strain.
