Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 fish fillets
- 3 large tomatoes
- 2 packs of mozzarella
- 5 large tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tbsp oil
- Spice(s), Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Prepare the fish according to the 3-S rule and place it in a greased baking dish. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and place them on top of the fish (fish, tomato, and mozzarella). Finely dice the tomatoes and onions and lightly sauté in oil. Add the cream and puree with a hand blender. Season to taste and spread over the fish. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Serve with rice.
