Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken legs
- Salt and pepper, paprika powder
- 4 garlic cloves
- 250 g mushrooms
- 4 spring onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ liter chicken broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 bunch of chervil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and rub with garlic. Slice the mushrooms and spring onions and braise them in butter. Briefly fry the thighs in the butter. Deglaze with stock. Cook for 20 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with the crème fraîche and add. Simmer for 5 minutes. Peel and dice the tomato. Finely chop the chervil and add both to the thighs. Serve with baguette.
