Fish with pepper and onion sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg fish fillet(s) (pollock)
  • 4 bell peppers, yellow and red, diced
  • 3 large onions, diced
  • 3 large beef tomatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the fish fillets in a shallow baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Sauté the peppers, onions, and tomatoes until soft. Then puree, season to taste, and pour over the fish. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes. Serve with rice.
