Snacking without a guilty conscience – great breakfast!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven). For the dough, mix all the solid ingredients together. Add water until a thick dough forms (a splash from the tap). Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it evenly. If you want to use a baking pan to make it look more like a cake and taller, use one. With the baking paper on it, it will look more like a pizza. Cut the apple into fairly thin slices and cover the dough with them. Place the batter in the oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, for the crumble, mix the oats with the peanut butter until small crumbs form. After the 20 minutes of baking, spread the crumble on the cake and bake for another 8-10 minutes. When the crumble is brown, take the cake out and eat it either hot or cold. I love eating it for breakfast – it looks like a lot, but it’s actually not that much.
