- 4 egg whites
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 ml water
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 100 g oat flakes, fine
- 250 g blueberries or berries of your choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Whisk the egg whites, egg yolks, and water until frothy. Add the protein powder and oats, mix well, and fold in the berries. Grease a small baking dish with oil and pour the oat and egg mixture evenly into the mixture. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes before eating. 413 kcal per serving.
