Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 400 g raspberries (frozen)
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal in summer or after sports

Place the frozen raspberries, milk, and a large spoonful of honey in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender until the raspberries are small. Then season with honey and serve.
