Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tea bag (linden blossom)
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sugar, to taste
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Energy to drink

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. If desired, add a pinch of cinnamon. Drink warm.
