  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 200 g low-fat yogurt
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Chop the apple, banana, and kiwi into small pieces. Mix with 50g of oatmeal and 200g of low-fat yogurt. Sweeten with honey to taste.
