Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g nuts, mixed, unsalted and unroasted
- 80 g oat flakes, flower-soft
- 1 banana(s)
- 150 g mild, low-fat yogurt
- 80 g frozen berries; raspberries/blueberries; mixed or solo
- 400 ml milk
- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes
Place the nuts and oats in a blender and blend briefly, as lumps may otherwise form. Then simply add the remaining ingredients and blend everything together for about 10-20 seconds. Tips: If the shake is too cold due to the frozen fruit, add 50 ml of warm/hot water. Vary the fruit as desired, but avoid sweet fruits like strawberries, as otherwise the shake will be quite sweet. It can also be consumed with protein powder.
