Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 slices of cooked ham
  • 10 slice(s) cheese, (Gouda), young
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as tapas or with salad

Top the ham slices with the cheese and roll them up (the cheese should be on the inside). Dip the rolls in egg and coat them well with breadcrumbs on all sides. Deep-fry in hot oil until crispy and enjoy as a tapas or with a salad.
