Garlic muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 small eggs
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml milk
  • Herbs, chopped, of your choice
  • possibly chili pepper(s), chopped
  • possibly grease for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper baking cups. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in a second bowl. Combine the ingredients and mix briefly. Fill the muffin tin or paper baking cups and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Tip: Sprinkle some grated cheese (Parmesan) over the muffins before baking. Note: They give off a wonderful aroma—well, wonderful for those who like garlic. The garlic content can be increased even further.
