Ingredients
- Avocado tip from three avocados
- 0,5 cup Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 4 Garlic cloves pressed
- 2 packet Sheep milk cheese
- 2 Flatbreads
- 1 Cabbage
- Salt, sugar, pepper
- Oil, apple cider vinegar
with meat:
- A little turkey meAt in strips And seAsoned with sweet soy sAuce
Instructions
- First cut the cabbage into fine strips and season with salt. Then knead vigorously with your hands and let it steep.
- Prepare the avocado tip.
- Mix the yogurt with salt and the garlic until you like it.
- Cut the sheep's cheese ... I'll cut it into slices.
- Now knead the cabbage again, season with a pinch of sugar and pepper. Add a dash of apple cider vinegar and a little oil (I had rapeseed oil) and season to taste.
