  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 400 g cheese, grated
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • n. B. Sambal Oelek

Basic recipe, you can top it with whatever you like, juicy on top, crispy on the bottom!

First, prepare the tomato sauce. Season the passata generously with pepper, salt, and oregano. If you like it a bit spicier, you can add a generous dash of sambal oelek. Mix everything well. Now carefully cut the flatbread open to create two pizza bases. Spread the tomato sauce on top and distribute the cheese and thinly sliced ​​mozzarella evenly between the two pizzas. Top with your choice of toppings and bake at 180°C until the bread is crispy. Serve with a glass of good red wine.
