Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 bag of cheese, grated
- 2 rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the bun in half. Season the minced meat with the onions, fry in hot oil for about 30 seconds, and remove. Spread the minced meat generously between the bun halves and top with peppers. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
