Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 20 ml grenadine
  • 1 liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Lightly beat the egg whites with a hand blender. Add the grenadine and beat until frothy. Heat the milk (do not boil). Using a tablespoon, scoop out the egg whites into balls and carefully dip them in the milk for about one minute. Pour hot milk over the balls frequently.
